UK’s Poynton wraps up traffic lights!

Can you imagine a major intersection without traffic lights? Maybe you can, but what about a major intersection without any rules, without any signs, except one: SHARED SPACE.

This amazing project was inspired and directed by Martin Cassini and Ben Hamilton Baillie (from Equality Streets) and brought into existence by some – obviously – very sane people in Poynton.

By watching this video; it is almost impossible not to think about what deregulation actually means, and how wonderful it can affect people’s lives.
