Raw Green Pea Dip or Spread
To me, the best thing about raw food is its simplicity. This green pea dip is another example of how quick and easy tasty meals can be created in no time.
It is only a myth that you need ‘lots of time’ for preparing raw foods. I hope I was able to convince you in my previous recipes that – that – is not the case. I’m 100% sure, you will enjoy this sweet and tasty green pea dish like I do.
Peas are a good source of protein, niacin, folate, iron and phosphorus, and a very good source of manganese and vitamins A, C, K and thiamin, but more important: don’t be surprised to find out that this dip is as good as or better than the cooked version. It’s fresh and light, yet very satisfying. So don’t hesitate – try it!
The dip can be used for veggie rolls/pockets, or as a spread/sauce for bread and pizza. It is a perfect dip for celery stalks, carrots, or other vegetables. Also great for zucchini noodles!
