Raw chocolate pudding recipe
We love sweet stuff. But best is if the sweet is also healthy! If you want something sweet and healthy as well, then this chocolate pudding is the best sweet raw (fast-)food option ever.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Chill: 20 min
Ingredients for 2 people:
4-5 ripe bananas
3 tablespoons of ground flax seeds
2 tablespoons of extra-virgin coconut oil
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of honey
Methods/steps:
1. Mix the ripe bananas in a blender to a crème.
2. Grind flax seeds in a clean electric coffee grinder; grind until powdered.
3. Add all other ingredients to the banana crème in the blender and mix all together.
4. Fill into two bowls.
5. Leave it in the refrigerator for 20 min. If you leave it longer, it tastes even better.
6. ……………enjoy.
If you have made more than you can eat, you can leave it in the refrigerator for up to two days.
Options:
Good as well without coconut oil.
Instead of flax seeds, you can use 6 tablespoons of coconut flour.
