Ladies! It’s time for organic cloth pads and menstrual cups!

There’s no need for blushing, and no, you don’t have to be an eco-hippy, to start wearing such things. First of all, if you really care for the environment, then share this post far and wide, to let us reach as many women as possible. Just imagine how many conventional pads and tampons are being used on this planet in just one month, and now imagine how much trash that is!

If just a little percentage of women would start considering an alternative method to what they are accustomed to, they could actively help to reduce the load on the environment by doing such a simple thing as changing their disposables for washables and reusables.

And it isn’t just an environmental thing; it is also a healthier choice, since many women who had health issues with the industrial pads and tampons, are now free of any symptoms. In these two videos – one on pads, the other on menstrual cups – you’ll also see how easy they are to use.
