I’ve seen my first Bruce Lipton talk about a year ago, and everything he said sounded familiar, instantly. This is the way truth works; there is no need for convincing; you hear it, and it stays right with you.

During this year, I have watched many videos with him, and after some time, I have become accustomed to what he says. This is exactly what this clip is about; a mind on autopilot that is running our life without us being aware of it.
