2,000 year old food forest in Morocco
Video
Permaculture expert Geoff Lawton takes us on a virtual tour of a 2,000 year old food forest in Morocco.
This is the real definition of oasis. Imagine coming across this lush green growth in the middle of the desert! Imagine walking along and helping yourself to date palms, olives, figs, pomegranates, guavas, citrus, mulberry, tamarind, carob, bananas, quince and more.
This is still stable after 2,000 years.
This is one of the extras featured on Geoff Lawton’s DVD “Establishing a Food Forest”. All credits go to him. Visit Geoff Lawton at: http://www.geofflawton.com/sq/15449-geoff-Lawton
